excellent hotel with great service
upgraded room complimentary breakfast
i was accommodated in an upgraded room due to dampness in the initial room. complimentary breakfast was also provided, which i thought was a very kind gesture. the pool area looked great, and i found the staff attentive and polite. the restaurant offered a good choice for breakfast, and the room service menu provided a tasty meal on my first night.
i noticed that there were not enough towels in the room. there were also no slippers provided. i had to call to have these items delivered, a small inconvenience.

clean linen attentive staff poor soundproofing slow service
My room was kept very clean, and the linen was nice. I appreciated the courtesy extended by the staff across all departments, including the front desk and housekeeping (they were very attentive).
The soundproofing was not great. I woke up a few times because of other guests coughing and talking in adjacent rooms. breakfast service was quite slow. It took 30 minutes to get assistance, and I had to ask for it.

the staff was quite attentive and addressed my requests promptly! my superior king room was spacious and well-kept. i appreciated the availability of diverse dining options within the premises. the hotel's proximity to the airport made my travel seamless.
the limited number of available power outlets in the room was a slight inconvenience. i found it challenging to charge multiple devices simultaneously. more accessible charging points would enhance the guest experience.
